You will have an opportunity to share your experience with others in the workshop, and will leave with some new ideas to try at home on your own!Having so many styles of meditation to choose from can be fun and exciting! Please arrive in comfortable clothes which allow for movement. This is not a Yoga class, but we will be moving a little bit between and during meditations.
